John began his career in financial recruitment in 2012, moving to the bright lights of London from Bude in Cornwall.

John has experience of working for larger recruitment organisations as well as developing and managing new regional offices. His background in co-running a successful business has further enhanced his ability to manage and direct the KENNY brand.

At the weekends you'll find John out trekking with his two Labradors, whilst trying to find a nice country pub!

Faye bolsters the Cornish contingent of the Kenny Recruit team, being a key part of the KENNY identity from the early days.

Faye has a wealth of experience in operations management, which provided the perfect platform to kickstart her Kenny Recruit career as Office Manager. Having successfully set up all back office functions it was clear to see Faye also had a knack for the sales side of recruitment, where she now heads up the department for transactional finance & accountancy recruitment.

Faye is a keen cyclist who you will find in the Surrey countryside at the weekends and during the week she keeps the tunes going in the office. Unfortunately for the rest of the team, Faye loves to sing along. Earplugs are a necessity!

Lucy completes the dream team of Resourcers alongside Hannah. She is the youngest of four siblings and maybe this goes some way to explaining her never give up attitude! Determination and resilience probably best describe Lucy’s approach towards recruitment.

Lucy enjoys spending her weekends stomping through the woods or being by the Cornish seaside with her fox red Labrador dog Fleur. She is also an exceptional Aunty and Godmother.

Hannah is Southwest London born and bred. Having recently given birth to her beautiful baby boy, Hannah has been welcomed back to work by the rest of the team.

With a background in teaching and office management, Hannah now leads on the day-to-day operations, as well as building relationships with our job seekers with the aim of finding them a role that suits them.

Hannah loves travel and when she can't get away to far off exotic places, enjoys finding news places to try out her slightly wobbly paddleboarding skills.
